Sharon Toji, widely known as the “ADA Sign Lady”, is an expert in ADA signage and ANSI compliance standards for ADA signage. She is president of ADA Sign Products, and owner of Access Communications, a consultancy specializing in ADA standards and codes.
The code brings new sign requirements every 3 years.

As a voting delegate on the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A117.1 Committee, and a past member of three important State of California committees, Sharon literally “wrote the book” on architectural standards for ADA signs.
