Any contractor required by law to maintain an active State of California Contractors License (C10, C45, C61/D42, C61/D03, etc.) and whose business is the manufacture, installation and/or maintenance of on-premise signage in the State of California.
Annual Dues based on company size, for 76+ employees = $6000.
