Twenty-nine years ago, I began a career in the sign industry in the most hands-on way possible: as a sign spinner. What started as an entry-level position became the beginning of a long and successful journey—one built on hard work, determination, and a deep understanding of the sign and design business from the ground up.

Starting from the bottom, I learned early what it meant to represent a business with energy, professionalism, and pride. That first role required dedication, reliability, and the ability to capture attention—skills that became the foundation for everything that followed. Those early lessons grew into a deeper appreciation for branding, customer service, teamwork, project execution, and the power of quality signage to shape a company’s image.

Over the next nearly three decades, I continued to grow, taking on new responsibilities and learning every aspect of the trade—from promoting businesses directly to customers to supporting design, production, installation, operations, and client relationships. Each step added experience and deepened my understanding of what it takes to succeed in a competitive industry.

For the past 19 years, I have served as Division Manager for Fusion Sign and Design in Manteca, California. In this role, I bring decades of practical experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping clients bring their brands to life. Fusion Sign and Design provides full-service signage solutions—including project management, fabrication, and professional installation—for a wide range of needs, serving commercial, quick-service restaurant, multifamily, municipal, and single-family residential clients from concept to completion.

Our capabilities include architectural signage, exterior signage, electrical signage, banners and flags, commercial awnings, graphic design, interior signage and design, traffic and wayfinding solutions, and vehicle graphics.
